The way it works is simple: it looks in the currently running programs and processes list for applications and processes matching preconfigured patterns grouped as follows (quote):

It consists of a language folder and three executables, one for configuration (where you select the level of cleaning to be used, access the scheduler, customize settings), one for scheduling and the actual cleaner. Just create shortcuts to a place of your choice (long tap to copy the application and then long tap to paste as shortcut) or lauch straight from your file manager.
