E3 2010: New Need for Speed Highlights EA's Game Lineup

 During Electronic Arts' fourth quarter financial call this afternoon, the company confirmed several titles that it plans to showcase at E3 next month in Los Angeles.

Highlighting the list of games is a new Need for Speed title. It's widely believed this will be the project Burnout series creator Criterion Games has been developing, though an EA spokesperson was unable to confirm at this time.

On the call, Chief Operating Officer John Schappert also added that a "marquee title" would be shown in 3D, though EA was unable to clarify if it was a new, unannounced title, or simply an older title with a visual upgrade. Expect an announcement on that next week, I was told.

Fans should probably expect a few new surprises as well, but so far, here are the confirmed list of games for the show:
