This is due to a last minute game submission request by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe apparently, for which they are requiring the editing of content seen across the in-game Liberty City radio station, television and internet content seen within the game.
This has therefore led to the PlayStation 3 and PC being delayed for a further two weeks, which will therefore see it releasing on April 13th across North America and April 16th in Europe.
